Our all weather 6 week fitness/fatloss boot-camps are structured so that people of all fitness levels get a challenging workout. Using the great outdoors our instructors put you through your paces with a combination of body-weight exercises, high intensity shuttles and core exercises to ensure you get a full body workout.

Hula Honeys lead fun, friendly and fabulous hula hoop classes in Edinburgh. Hooping is a fantastic way to burn fat and tone legs, arms, abs and back! It improves core strength, balance, flexibility and coordination. It is meditative and therapeutic and trains your mind as well as your body. You will feel so sexy learning new sassy hooping tricks!
